I was born & raised in Las Vegas.  My family has been owner-operators in the construction industry for 60+ years, which has given me a general knowledge of how things work, or should work.    I got my initial start in real estate when I was in high school at 17 but didn't become licensed until later in life, 2004.   Since 2004, I've been in and out of the real estate business until I went full-time at the start of COVID, have never looked back!
