Transitioning into the real estate industry with his foundation of hard work and commitment to Ronny began his Nevada real estate journey in 2014. He's been awarded as a top-producing agent in his brokerage multiple times and has closed millions of dollars worth of residential real estate throughout the Greater Las Vegas area.

Ronny helps many investors who live in Nevada and out of state with their property portfolios. This includes managing tenant occupied properties, helping his client navigate through tough evictions, and comparing real estate investment opportunities within the Vegas market.

His passion is getting homes sold for sellers who absolutely need to sell their homes and get Top Dollar. He also has hands on experience finding investors deal opportunities through various connections he's established. 

Ronny has completed over 200 hours worth of Continuing Education Credits within the Real Estate industry. This keeps Ronny up-to-speed on the ever-changing dynamics within the industry. 

He's been a member of Nevada Association of Realtors (NVAR), Las Vegas Realtors (LVR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR) since joining in 2014. Ronny started his Nevada real estate career with Realty One Group and has since made his move to Signature Real Estate Group to help offer his clients more options when it comes to managing their properties and better protect their investments.

Before making the move to Nevada in 2011, Ronny grew up on a farm in Iowa where he gained a solid foundation for working hard and being committed to getting the job done right. Upon graduating school he took that same attitude into the workplace and eventually gained the skills and knowledge to set out on his own career path.

Before becoming full-time self-employed in 2010 Ronny worked with Wells Fargo and their Home Mortgage Division in West Des Moines, IA where he spent most of his time working with foreclosures, evictions, and home loans from across the United States, including Nevada. 

This period from 2007-2010 gave Ronny a unique look at the real estate industry and how the role of real estate agents, loan officers, lending institutions, and market conditions affect homeowners and real estate investors.

Since moving to Las Vegas Ronny has had the opportunity to meet and speak with a variety of different personalities from various professions to gain a better insight on the many forms of employment and career paths available in Southern Nevada. 

Ronny has owned and operated a licensed eviction company since 2015 as well. This company allows Ronny to serve a variety of investors in the Vegas market deal with bad tenant situations, squatter removals, and property restorations solutions.

In his free time Ronny enjoys spending time with close friends and traveling to see family members. He enjoys getting on the golf course when possible and also enjoys hiking, playing in basketball leagues, and finding new ways to stay active indoors or outdoors. 

Ronny has also taken time to coach youth football leagues and help younger children realize their potential.
