Tim grew up in Southern California, where he excelled as a two-sport athlete in high school. Pursuing his passion for cooking, he earned an associate degree in culinary arts. A firm believer that food fosters connections among people and cultures.
He furthered his education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), the top-ranked hotel school, relocating to Southern Nevada in 2012. During his studies, he gained practical experience working at the prestigious Bellagio resort. Following graduation, Tim advanced to a management role at Four Seasons Resort in Maui, Hawaii, where he honed his skills in exceeding client expectations and delivering effective resolutions to complex requests.
Over his three years in Hawaii, Tim discovered a new interest in real estate while at a vacation property management company. Upon returning to Las Vegas, he continued in luxury hospitality at the Wynn Resort. Eager to deepen his real estate expertise, he joined a mortgage company, where he specialized in educating clients on the intricacies of mortgage processes.
Since becoming a Realtor, Tim has facilitated over $30 million in real estate transactions. His proven track record with high-integrity, client-focused organizations puts him in position as a trusted advisor for any client. Tim prioritizes clear communication, ensuring his clients fully comprehend each step and make informed decisions without undue pressure.
Tim is married to his wife of one year, and they are expecting their first child this summer. Together, they care for their 11-year-old Maltipoo, "Jock." In his free time, Tim maintains a healthy lifestyle, plans future travels, watches sports, and explores all types of food.
