Tahira is THE BEST! Tahira helped me buy (2016) and sell my house (2022)! She is an absolute Rockstar and I would not consider using another realtor if I were looking in the Las Vegas area! When I decided to sell and move across country, Tahira was the ONLY realtor I thought about as being the agent I wanted to assist me in selling my house. Tahira was recommended to me by one of my best friends who had used Tahira as her agent and there was no hesitation in the recommendation! Same, here! Look no further than Tahira!! Tahira doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, she's realistic in setting expectations so you know what to expect. The market shifted right after my house was listed and Tahira made sure I knew what to expect with that shift. As well as kept my expectations updated as things changed with the market. I left Vegas before receiving an offer on my house and she took care of EVERYTHING! I asked for a recommendation for getting someone to clean my house, she has a person! I needed a couple of repairs completed, she has a person! She made selling my house as stress free as possible! She kept me updated almost daily on what was going on with the sale of the house and the progress of getting the sale finalized.

When it came to the negotiations for selling the house, she let me know what she'd recommend and gave options when there was room for options, but the final decision on negotiations was mine and she never rushed me for a response, though she did let me know if there was a response time requirement.

I never felt like I couldn't call or text Tahira if I had a question or concern, I did keep in mind the time zone difference though! Tahira always responded quickly, unless I texted really late/ early morning, and made sure I understood terminology so that I felt empowered with knowledge and not hindered in any way.

I could not ask for a better realtor and I compare all realtors to Tahira, none have even come close to the level of Tahira's knowledge, attention and the respect that she gives her clients. Thank you Tahira! You are amazing!

Tamra is the best of the best. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. I appreciated her doing a preview video of our home before we listed it, she also had professional pictures taken of our home. We had an offer quickly . I would recommend her to anyone needing to sell their home!

Great agent to work with in both buying and selling process. He helped us buy our home in 2020 at a very good time and rate to purchase. Unfortunately we had something come up and had to relocate the next year so Brandon got the call because past performance. He had a cash buyer within a week and everything went smoothly.
